🌷 See Some Flowers

I always know spring is just around the corner when I see the wild daffodils on trails at the Warner Parks. You can find even more wildflowers blooming at Bells Bend Park. If you want to see a real flower extravaganza, head to Cheekwood for its annual Cheekwood in Bloom event, which runs from March 8 to April 13. This year, Cheekwood gardeners have planted over 250,000 blooms, and Robert Indiana’s iconic “LOVE” sculpture will be there. Enjoy the beer garden and food trucks on the weekends.

📖 Read Across America Week

From March 3-7, the nation celebrates Read Across America Week. Here are some ways you can join in.

🍀 Celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day

Throughout March, the Music City Irish Fest is celebrating our 200-plus years of Irish heritage — dating back to when Irish pioneers founded the city — with events at Harken Hall, City Winery, and TPAC, to name a few.

On St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, raise a pint of green beer at McNamara’s Irish Pub and Restaurant, Village Pub & Beer Garden, and The Pub Nashville.
