This week, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bipartisan bill that would make daylight saving time permanent, forever eliminating the biannual clock change ritual. The legislation would also allow states to opt-out, but Tennessee has already passed a law saying it would adopt year-round daylight saving time if Congress gave the green light. So that got us wondering: If you had a say, what would you choose?
