East Nashville’s only full-service weenery now has a brick-and-mortar store, with their iconic VW bus still parked outside. Producer Daniel Sumstine particularly loves their Frank and to the Point dog and Mac and Cheese Weenie. And it’s the only hot dog place I’ve found with gluten-free buns.
While their Music Row location has closed, Cori’s DogHouse still operates in Mt. Juliet. They have an extensive menu, and several vegan and vegetarian substitute dog options!
Nash Dogs also has vegetarian options, and is located inside Opry Mills Mall, or find their food truck at events around town. The only downside is the lack of seating at the mall, but that’s about to change. Their first brick-and-mortar location in Old Hickory Village will open later this summer!
This Hillsboro Village restaurant offers several hot dogs in addition to their full menu, from a breakfast-themed weenie to kosher options. While a bit expensive, their dogs do come with a side.

Love a good corn dog? Check out the Skeet Skeet guy’s food stand on Broadway. He’s become a bit of a TikTok sensation!
Host Marie Cecile Anderson swears by this South Nashville dive bar’s corn dog, which is only $3.50! There’s a vegetarian option, too.
