  • Poindexter Coffee offers discount cards for local university students and faculty that give 50% off drip coffee and cold brew, $1 off specialty coffee drinks, and 20% off bottles of wine and beer (21+).
  • Get 10% off your meal and beverage purchase at any Las Palmas location.
  • Download the Kaboo app to find more local discounts! Vanderbilt student Danny Zhu helped launch the app.
  • Check with your campus to see if your meal plan includes discounts at nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

  • Nashville Symphony’s SOUNDCHECK program gives students discounts on select performances, once you sign up. When I was in grad school, the discounted ticket prices were only $10; that might be higher now, but likely still a great deal!
  • Sign up for the student mailing list at the Nashville Ballet for 15% off select performances.
  • Get steep discounts at Nashville SC when you sign up for their U Pass.
