Disability rights advocate Robby Barbieri joins host Marie Cecile Anderson to discuss the state of disability access in Nashville; his nonprofit, Music City Wheels; and his successful campaign to change Tennessee law by creating a Medicaid buy-in program so that people with disabilities can earn income and still receive assistance.
